Someone was going through a rough time at a company. They reached out for advice. Here’s the best thing I could come up with. Maybe it will help you in your current situation:

A wise man once said, “Never leave a job unless you have another job lined up.”

So what do you do?

Here’s what I would do. (Most people won’t do this.)

Write 15 things you like about your company. Believe me there are plenty things you like. I wrote 15 things about a job when I felt like you do.

This viewpoint can change your career.

I’m not that great with advice. I only know what has worked for me. Another thing is to always work on improving your worth. Take classes, learn new skills. Doesn’t have to be college. Whenever someone makes you upset, just learn a new skill. Anger is a great motivator for getting better at something.

Learn a new skill that makes you money is my advice.
