The very same week a real estate mentor mentioned I was confusing people. Talking about too many topics. They don’t know what you can help them with. It’s hard focusing on one thing when you’re starting out but it’s a must.

Ok. When two people who don’t know each other give you the same advice. It’s not a co-inky-dink. It’s time to stop what you’re doing cause I’m about to ruin, the image and the style that you’re used to.

Anyhoo. Something clicked and I started drilling down on helping apartment renters with evictions.

Within two days people started reaching out for help. What changed? For one it’s a topic near and dear to my heart. Reminds me of helping recruits back in the day get a fresh start in life. Kind of cool.

Well I’m off to help some more peeps. I help people looking to rent an apartment in Texas, even if they have an eviction. Do you know someone who could benefit from a service like that?
